Update of the delivery relating to Covid-19:

Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is a priority for us.

Shipping Estimates:

Due to an increased volume of shipments by carriers, you may experience a delay in the delivery of the order and the availability of tracking details. The accuracy of the shipping estimate is affected by carrier service delays. Estimates are based on business days after order processing. Larger shipments may experience an additional delay of a few business days.

Update tracking:

If you have received a shipping email from Shaddson and the tracking information is not available within 48 hours, please allow a few additional business days before rechecking the tracking. Our shipping partners provide tracking updates, and when the tracking is not completed, Shaddson's customer service team is unable to provide further details.

How to request an investigation:

If your estimated delivery time is exceeded by more than 10 business days, please contact our customer service team at contact@shaddson.com. We will request a shipping inquiry on your behalf.
