Refund policy

ONLINE REFUND POLICY

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging, along with a receipt.

The following products are not refundable:cut goods, prefabricated sets for the manufacture of non-medical masks, reusable masks, foams and foam mattresses, kodel, cushions and pillows, special orders, patterns.

A refund cannot be issued if the customer does not have an invoice, if the product is no longer packaged, or if the packaging is opened or not identifiable as an S&S Textiles item.

Two options are available. You can return the merchandise free of charge to the store. The printed invoice will be binding and the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

You can also return the items via a carrier. The postmark date will be used as the return date. Please note that S&S Textiles is not responsible for the cost of return, handling, packaging and other charges when returning merchandise.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

It is possible, on presentation of your printed electronic invoice, to exchange new, unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packaging at the store.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Store returns

To avoid any return costs, you can return authorized merchandise to our store located at 7195 Rue Saint-Hubert, Montreal, QC H2R 2N2. Before doing so, remember to validate that the items are exchangeable or refundable in the in-store refund policy.

1. Meet at the store service counter with packaged, unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt of package. Bring a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
2. The refund will be processed using the original payment method. Make sure you have your credit or debit card on hand.

Online returns

1. Contact customer service by email at contact@sarasamtextiles.com Please enter the order number and the item number you wish to return. You will receive an authorization and our return address. Return the packaged, unused item (s) in the shipping container.

2. Go to the nearest post office to drop off the package and pay the shipping costs. Please remove all labels and irrelevant information from the outside of the package. Make sure you have the return address with you.

3. We will refund the value of your returned items using the original payment method.

Please note that in-store returns will always be free.
